What’s On Your DVR?

The season finale (and last episode forever) of The Sopranos is on Sunday night. I have to admit I’m a little sad and will miss Tony, Carm, and the family.

What shows still remain on your DVR from last season that are unwatched? What are you planning on recording/watching this summer?

Here is my list:

The Riches (quirky dramady)
Rescue Me (season 4 starts Wed., one of the top dramas on TV, Dennis Leary is hilarious)
The 4400 (starts mid-June, if you like Heroes you’ll love this)
The Sarah Silverman Show (reruns on Comedy Central, not for the kids)
Wiseguy (reruns on HDNET, my favorite show of all time)
On The Lot (loved Project Greenlight, hope this one is good)
Traveler (if you like 24 or Prison Break, you should like this one)
Studio 60 (great drama, cancelled and replaced with a meaningless reality show)
Jericho (cancelled, then resurrected based on fan outcry, if you liked Showtime’s “Jeremiah” you’ll like this)

So far I am liking Traveler. I hope they keep up the good work.

It’s hard getting hooked by a show then being left high and dry when they cancel it.

I finished watching Season One of the 4400 last night and did enjoy it. I am a big Heroes fan and picked this up on your advice. The end of the season did surprise me. I won’t go into detail for fear of putting spoilers in case someone else wanted to pick it up as well, but they certainly seemed to lead you down one path and it turned out to not be the correct path. I’m also glad that they actually explained something, especially considering other shows like Lost, where they never really seem to explain anything. I’ll be picking up Season 2 shortly. Good stuff, especially since there is absolutley nothing on tv for me right now.
